Your Responsibilities

We at Skill are looking for a senior PQM for Siemens Energy in Finspång. In this role, you will act as a sub-project manager and be responsible for the project's quality activities. You will be part of the project team where collaboration among members from different business areas is central.

In your role, you will prepare quality plans and coordinate and follow up on quality activities for your assigned project. The activities vary depending on customer contracts, internal instructions and processes, as well as local laws and regulations. The work also involves a number of international business trips per year, where you will visit customers or subcontractors.

As a sub-project manager for project quality, you will:• Lead the project's quality team and be responsible for the quality budget.• Be responsible for the project's timeline for quality activities.• Report deviations from the company's quality management system to quality management.• Support the project team with quality-related information and guidance, including deviations, error reports, Quality Gates, and Lessons Learned.• Act as a coordinator and contact person for quality issues between the customer and the project team.

Your Profile

• You have good collaboration and communication skills and can interact effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.• You are results-oriented and quality-conscious with a strong ability to focus on the customer and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.• Experience in quality control and quality assurance.• Experience working in project teams is an advantage, especially in roles such as project manager or sub-project manager.• You communicate well in Swedish and are fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.• University or master's degree in quality or a technical field, or extensive experience in the quality area.• Knowledge of gas turbines is an advantage.
